Angel magic is a broad area. Where it overlaps with more witchcraft or wiccan paradigm is the schemhamphorash angels. Practical Candle Magic by Michael Howard is a good starting point because he gives the psalms for each angel and also a more witchcraft alternative.

Personally I work with these angels through a quartz shewstone it depends on the level you are at as to how you access the help these angels can give.
