My friend got me a set of harmony/boading balls, and it actually really calms me down and helps the energy through my body run more smoothly. I was thinking, have any of you guys used harmony balls while doing a grounding meditation? Thanks and blessed be

I don't see why not - they are also known as Chinese meditation balls.

In a Thea Sabin book she says that she or someone she knows (I can't remember) traces her finger through a labyrinth design to help her meditate.

I also always play with my earrings when I'm staring off into space.

Sometimes physical objects help!
