I want to see your altar or shrine~!!
« on: February 13, 2012, 07:22:20 pm »
I'm interested in seeing your personal worship space and tools. Whether you have an entire living room dedicated to your practice, or a string of beads on which to pray, post your pictures!
I recently made a pocket shrine for my cousin (who is being swept back into the proverbial broom closet) and a "shoebox shrine" for her to keep in her car. Also, my personal (temporary due to family returning) shrine pictures are here:

May I see yours?

Ooooo, I love your pocket shrine!  Well done!!!

I have a shrine that's located in the corner above my bed due to limited space.  It's generally set up for Apollon, as he was the first God who came into my life.  But on occasion, when I do a quick ritual for Poseidon, I'll swap out his stuff, then set it back up when the ritual is over.  Both Gods don't seem to mind.

So here we go, my shrines in their various arrangements:

Sweet! I appreciate this. I guess I wasn't looking hard enough, or in the right forum. XD

I'd never seen a shrine with all-glass fixtures. Temporary or not, it looks lovely.

I just finished constructing a new little hutch for my altar; it really helps differentiate the space and I think it turned out lovely!  I just wanted to show off :).  Here's a picture and I made a post on my blog about the construction process here.

That's absolutely beautiful.
