Astral-projecting

Today around four o'clock p.m. Eastern i had quite an experience. Yes, if you have read the title i astral-projected. I had never experienced this before. It was random almost. I was in the middle of a spiritual meditation when i felt myself leave. It felt like i was being called to do something. Called to help with something. I have no idea what however. It was really bright and had an air of friendlyness. In the same breath however i experienced such depth. That whatever was happening around me was unfathomable. My question is fellow heathens, is there any importance to today's date? Did anything particularly important happen today, or this same date in the past? Does anyone have any idea to better control this projection? Does anyone know what it could mean? Thank you!

I'm not sure if this experience was very important for you to do something.
What I feel what happened was; you went from your physical body, to your astral body, into the spiritual realms... or connected to your guides/gods.
I've never experienced an astral projection; it's actually very hard to actually leave your physical body and remember.
I'm assuming this is a way of connection or contact from someone/something...
Try and do this meditation again, but try not to 'try' to get that experience again, or else it won't happen.
but then again, it might..., try picturing yourself stepping out of your body, be sure to visualize some sort of strong barrier for protection. Like a bubble.
