Have you designed or channelled symbols for attunement-based energy healing systems like Sekhem, Karuna Ki or Usui Reiki?

How did you receive the symbol? How did you choose the design of the symbol? How did you figure out what the symbol is good for?

Once or twice I've used sigils that I constructed based on the Spare method (which is Chaos magic, I believe). I also have instructions for constructing sigils from magic number squares, but I haven't actually made one. Both of these methods start with a phrase of intent, so 'figuring out what the symbol is good for' is the first step to creating one.

My problem is that while I like the concept of sigils, symbols of power, and the like, I have a hard time thinking of things to use them for.
