Hello! I need some nudging on a subject that I don't trust myself to read for. Basically I am considering making a pretty big change in my practice temporarily, to see if it helps with a problem I'm having. I would like to know whether or not this is a good idea, basically, and what the results are likely to be from changing/not changing. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks.

So I am going to ask the obvious - What are your current practices, and what are you considering changing them to?

I'd rather not say for fear of biasing the reading. If you can't read without details, that's okay, thank you anyway.

So to change or not to change? I'd be happy to have a go at a reading for that, might take me a day or so.

I have this general rule of thumb that you should logic it out before anything else. If you want to PM me, I'd be happy to help you do it.

No, that's okay. If I could logic it out, I wouldn't need a reading. ;)

Happy to do an ogham reading for you. Do you want the results posted here publicly, or by PM?

DOH!

I'll do a rune reading then. Sorry, I had a senior moment.

PM's probably better so I can give you feedback, but public is okay. :)

Deck: Shadowscapes

So, about this spread...Well, I asked the deck for it. And it didn't say any position was significant, which was fine, because I'm used to sort of reading tarot spreads like the splash page of a comic book rather than a paint-by-numbers thing where everything has its position. I sort of zoom out and see how each card as a piece of a puzzle interacts with the whole.

Center - Seven of Chalices
Below - Four of Chalices
Above - Five of Pentacles
Left - Knight of Pentacles
Right - Seven of Wands

Yay, no reversals. Boo, ill dignifiedities.

Hrmm...It appears as if the resources required to fulfill the components of the belief change (emotional motivation, experience that would validate/support that belief, inclination to perceive that specific change in so-and-so way) are a bit thin or static, and might not be for the best reasons nor planned for the smoother path (Seven of Chalices).

Whatever would be done, would be, unfortunately, practical (Knight of Pentacles as a purposeful journey)--and fraught with irritation and quarrels, as the Seven of Wands is extraordinarily ill-dignified.

Thank you for your help! This seems to be largely in accordance with the feedback I got via PM.
