Blocked off abilities

Hey, everyone! I hope that everyone is enjoying this holiday season. I'm uncertain of where to put this, but this seemed like perhaps the most appropriate section.

I'm a diviner. That's my magickal passion. When I was younger, I used to see things and get premonitions, but it got really weird and for multiple reasons, I more or less blocked them off and sort of repressed them asking for them to be gone, etc. They're not gone, but they're buried. Haha.

So, in short, I'm wondering if any of you have ever experienced anything like this. If so, what have you done to help unblock things? What do you do when you just aren't feeling connected?

Meditation is a good place to start. Aldo, realize we're connected to everything. I view it like a spider web, touch it and it vibrates everywhere else.

If you don't mind me asking, what are you going to do when / if things get weird again? It may be a good idea to take a look at the reasons you shut down in the first place. I had issues there too, so you're not alone in that one. Things got better for me when I learned to trust.

In my experience, you can try to shut it out but inevitably the psychic abilities will surface anyway.
