* "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" Problem Logging In?

If you get an "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" error when you try to log in, you need to be sure you are accessing the board with a url that starts with "".  If it starts with" (or "") you will get this error because "" is not technically the same website as "". Moving to the more secure "https" means it is more picky about such things.

I did Tai Chi for 18 months a while back, but had to give it up as my work base moved further away from where the class was held and a health condition prevented me from continuing to attend.  Unfortunately for me, my co-ordination, muscle memory etc suck so whilst I tried to keep it up for a while solo, I couldn't remember the moves well enough.

So, I'd like a recommendation for an instructional DVD, podcast or resource of some sort (e.g. YouTube link, anything) - the problem is, that as well as my co-ordination sucking, I'm unable to follow the moves if the instructor faces the camera, as my brain really struggles to translate that into what I should be doing to complete the same move.  So what I'd like is a resource where the instructor faces away from the camera (yes, they'd have their back to the camera), so that I could straight-up copy the moves.

In summary (in case TL;DR - understandable): I'm after Tai Chi instruction in which the instructor faces away from the camera.

Does anyone know of anything like that?
