Here are my recent thoughts on the lenses people can use to study polytheistic religions to enhance their own practices.

I'm a huge fan of transparency, because I feel that when we only show the 'best' face to the world, we close off the conversation and make people feel like they can't measure up.  Reality is enough

For many kids, when they graduate high school they find themselves home away from home for the first time, and this can be something that many people struggle with:  how to keep their practice alive!

Sometimes I'm really bad at reading calendars and remembering what time things happen...the planner I'm using marked Fathers day at the start of this month...for Australia!  But it still got me thinking about the Divine Masculine

I'm trying a year of blogging weekly talking about bits of what I'm doing (because of some conversations about putting things together as a cohesive practice, some thoughts on productivity and enoughness.)

Why am I starting today? It's my birthday, which means it's a good time for a retrospective of the past year.

Great read!  I love seeing what other people are up to (both the big stuff and the little bitty daily stuff).  I'm doing something kind of like this on my Patreon (I do a Monday Goals and a Friday Checkin post for Patrons), and it's something I did before that as part of a Facebook group (which ended up dissolving last year).

Today I wrote about Apples because 'tis the season.  I also find it funny how sometimes my life just becomes drowned in a thing (I have a half-a-peck of apples in my fridge right now, that need to be cooked soonish, leftover from when my parents came to visit and wanted to go apple picking, and this month's Goth Witch story is apple-centric...and someone in my local group just asked about things to do with apples besides just eating them raw lol)

Indeed, it is that season.  It isn't autumn unless my entire abode smells of apples and spice.
