* "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" Problem Logging In?

If you get an "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" error when you try to log in, you need to be sure you are accessing the board with a url that starts with "https://ecauldron.com".  If it starts with https://www.ecauldron.com" (or "http://www.ecauldron.com") you will get this error because "www.ecauldron.com" is not technically the same website as "ecauldron.com". Moving to the more secure "https" means it is more picky about such things.

I'd say in honor of April showers...but so far we've had more snow than rain!  Still, I wrote about The cleansing power of tears...and storms!

It is time that we all felt safe enough to Own what you like!

It makes me sad that this isn't always the case...

Well, my birthday is in a few days, and I'll be turning 40, and my son will finish high school this month and start college in the fall, so this year I will definitely be marking significant transitions

Well, my birthday is in a few days....

<offtopic>Happy birthday!</ot>

More topically, this is probably a good opportunity for me to say, 'Thank you for keeping this thread active!' I don't read all of your blog posts, but I do read and enjoy many, and it's nice to have a heads-up when you've posted - and also nice that this thread can stay in people's attention in case they want to use it.

Thank you, and I'm glad you enjoy reading them :)  This is one of the things I've been working on more this year: actively sharing what I am doing (instead of just doing it and letting it float about 'out there' where someone might stumble upon it).  Scary first step, but helpful when I started sharing Patreon stuff, and hopefully, in the future, when I have a book to share!

This was an amazing read, thank you for sharing part of what goes on in your head.  My head may be differently strange, but I always find it very reassuring to read about how other people work and think...not only does it sometimes make certain things make more sense to me, but I also find that if I am struggling with a thing, just knowing other people are also struggling with a thing (even if their thing is different than mine) makes me feel a little less alone, a little stronger, and a little less like I'm failing at life!

Incidentally, if anyone wants to sample my fiction I'm doing a weekly flashfic challenge and posting the results to my blog; I've got ... five up now, I think, though two of them are the same story.

The most recent, "Morgan Starr, Home Inspector" is totally not about my house. Really.

I think I rented that house, once upon a time, and it's true about the pokeweed.  :)

My latest, after an interesting trail run this morning: Temple of MSB: A Roadblock.

That was lovely, and I adore how you remember your friend!

Today, I wrote about my Gratitude Practice.  Also, I'm participating in a nine day blogfest, so might be sharing quite a few in the next couple of days.  Day one I just did an intro, which you can read on my blog if you are so inclined.
