Greetings, All!  Dwayne, here!

We all carry around some "baggage", and have made mistakes in our lives.  That, and being Pagan, in the middle of a "Bible-belt", can make it difficult to get out there and meet somebody nice.  Of course we are all "nice, and we are all beautiful -- each in our own unique way  But, while sitting around on my Gov't Disability Pension, I am a trained and certified peer Advocate & Counsellor, for mental health and addiction services clients that don't want to use (or are afraid of) the "System"; so that's the members of Society that I tend to find myself welcoming into my home.  So, I spend a lot of nights alone.

Everybody tells me I'm "a great guy, gentle, kind, and compassionate, with a good sense of humour".  They tell me I'm good looking -- though I find it hard to swallow that one -- And "passionate" -- which usually interprets as intense and overwhelming.

... I hate the loneliness!  But I am terrified of people!  I communicate (dwell) much more comfortably online, rather than face-to-face.  It tends to give a false presence (online) that I am deep and spiritually grounded, to the online community.  But the loneliness, and the insecurities keep quietly eating away at me.  I have tried to find and gather the local Pagan community, but they all seem to prefer practicing alone.  ... I guess Ièm just wondering, if anyone here has the same experiences.
