Wow... March already?  I guess it's time to get serious about the rest of this list.

  • Finish the walking spell from last summer. - Done.
  • Decide what plants to put in the garden this spring.- Decided for now... until I see something pretty and green and make an impulse buy or twelve.
  • Keep a daily food journal. - Removing this one.  I was mainly doing this for a wellness incentive program but realized I don't need to.  I've surprised myself by being able to keep up with the physical activity requirements. Go me!
  • Renew my passport. - Done.
  • Put aside money for the trip. -Done!
  • Complete one quilt from my 'unfinished projects' box. - WIP, finally.
  • Spend at least one hour per week writing. -WIP.
  • Hit sales goals for the quarter. - Done and exceeded!
  • Read at least ten books. - Done.
  • Make a dozen new wands for the shop. - Supply shopping this morning.  With any luck, I'll at least have a start on these by Monday.
  • Write weekly posts for the Pagan Blog Project. - WIP.
Goals: 11  10
Completed: 6
Works in Progress: 4

This starting to look like a new round of Failympics...:56:

Physical Fitness

1. Keep up the exercise = visiting the gym twice a week. - Hiatus for two months - out of mere self-preservation, I'll go again next week. Better than sitting alone in the house the whole day. But for now, calling this a fail seems correct.
2. Keep up the mainly vegetarian food/cooking style.
3. Keep up the discipline of no sweet soda/sweets in general. - *snorts*

Household
4. Try to keep the chaos at bay. At least a bit? - Amazingly, this seems to work... color me stunned.

Writer
5. Get the lazy butt up and edit the damned story! For the interim goal let's say: three chapters. - totally misjudged the state of the manuscript and the amount of work that it will need to be called kinda finished... *hits self on the back of the head - can you say *FAIL*?
6. Reading at least five books from the pile stacked up in the shelf. - have started a third book, that actually is three books in one, don't know I can make it till end of this season, but I am at it

Witchy
7. Participating in the Pagan Blog Project - it's working, so I say accomplished
8. Start the big Journal with at least three entries. - one entry done, two to go
9. Make some holy water. - doesn't look likely... maybe can do, maybe won't

Goals: 9
3 Goals accomplished
3 failed
2 WIP
1 not started

So I'm late to the party, but I thought I'd do a To Do list for March.

  • Read 4 books.
  • Do yoga at least once a week, aim for 2-3 times.
  • Get back to running 3x a week.
  • Keep up with Pagan Blog Project
  • Work through a max of 3 Gwersi from OBOD (trying to pace myself).
  • Finish sewing projects (3 of them).
  • Do more sit down dinners (on weekends when ppl are home).
  • Keep a better handle on chores.
  • Do the March calendar.
  • Register for Dragon Fest in CO.
  • Start practising flute again.
  • Meditate daily.

12 Goals... doable, I can do this.

I'm right there with you.

I haven't had time to work on anything from my list. I've been too busy dealing with family stuff to get anything done. Except stopping smoking. I'm doing surprisingly well with that considering all of the crazy going on. I'm still calling it a work in progress, but at least I've made some progress.

Yay! to you. That's great.
I know how smokers are, when they are put under stress.
Saw it with my mom, with friends - so I think it is really great, that you keep up.

Decided I should pop in here - this is my list for March

Mundania
  • Finish a scale model - my one truly mundane vice
  • Read 5 fun books - got 4 on my Palm now - partially through two of them already
  • Clean the basement - it's a disaster - haven't really touched it since fall
  • Plan veggie garden - working to become more self-sufficient

Physical
  • Get better with my exercise - been slacking lately though I am down 2 lbs since Jan 1 - 6'1.5"/188lb currently - just have to work to shift the "middle age spread" someplace else
  • Work on cutting back the smoking - 40+ year habit is NOT easy to drop

Magickal
  • Design new shine/altar - this will also have to be built at some future point
  • One blog entry - I got a new rant/response just over half finished
  • Work on sewing up new kilt - I got enough green/black tartan for a great-kilt, but I'm gonna cheat and have the pleats sewn in place
  • Plan herb garden - Lavender, Lemon Balm and Rosemary plus the Wild Rose already growing out back - it's a start

I just looked at the calendar and realized that the equinox is a week away.  So much to do, so much to do!

Here's next season's thread if anyone wants to get a jump on their list making: Life's To-Do List 2012 Season 2

There's only a week left? :eek::eek:

December: 2 successes & 1 failure

January: 5 failures & 4 successes

February: 5 failures & 3 successes

March
01. Read at least 1 book. In progress- working on Kiya's Guide to the Duat!
Goals 2-4 are moving over to season 2, still for the month of March!
05. Write! In progress! Not as much progress as I'd like, but better than nothing.

Goals this month: 2
Total goals: 22

Accomplished: 9
In progress: 2
Failed: 11

If I manage these last two- which I think I should be able to manage- I'll at least have a 50% success rate, which is better than the last few seasons.
Join the Emboatening Crew over on Kiva! Emboatening the boatless since Opet 2013!
