Well, I could get an ever-diminishing dose from my HMO by claiming I'm a smoker. The thought of which makes me ill. I'm not sure I'm ready for lying on that scale.

Interesting. The effect seems minor enough to not be very useful for most people, but I can see where a 10-15% improvement in memory and the like could be very helpful for treating things like Alzheimer's.

Doesn't a daily cup of coffee do the same thing? I seem to remember seeing a couple of mentions to that effect.
