These are the current Terms of Service -- what you agreed to when you registered. They were last updated on: 29 May 2017 (to change the addresses of the various links)

You agree, through your registration for and use of this forum, that you will read and obey all rules, regulations, and guidelines that may be posted from time to time in the "Rules and Regulations" area on this message board or, in the case of special rules for an individual board, in sticky messages in the board they apply to.

You agree to read the Cauldron Community Rules and Policies post in the above mentioned Rules and Regulations area before making any post on this message. (The Cauldron's rules are somewhat different from those of many other boards on the Internet, so you really do need to read them before you post.)

You agree not to use this forum for advertising (including advertisements in your signature, in posts, in articles, etc.) except in strict accordance with our Advertising Guidelines. You understand that this forum has zero tolerance for "spam" and those who post it.

You agree that this message board and web site operates solely under the laws of the United States of America and the state where the server is located (New York). The laws other nations will not be applied to this message board or web site.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages and other material you submit. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum, any websites related to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries in the event of any legal action as a result of your posts or other activities on this forum and web site.
