You need to read more legal blogs then.

Haven't read the article, and even then I'd prefer a legal blog for analysis, but I'm surprised it took this long and what basis A&F was going for.

Am I reading you correctly in that this isn;t actually one of the stupidest cases you;ve seen, there  are those more stupid, or is it that the case wasn't stupid?  Just checking.  :)

They were claiming that allowing the employee to wear a hijab might do economic damages, but according to the article they had no evidence of any such damages to present.

Checking is oK, and preferred.  This case is not one of the stupidest ones, there are ones that are even more stupid.

Even if there is actually economic damage, proving it would be very hard I'd think.
