I just realized that it's that time of year again. I know we all celebrate it at different times, so for those of us who have already celebrated, what did you do? And for those of us who haven't, what are your plans?

For me, Wep Ronpet falls on August 1 every year because I like consistency (and because I'm too lazy to calculate my calendar every year), which means I'm going to start celebrating soon. I'll probably just light a candle and leave offerings for each God on their respective birthdays and say my prayers, but I actually start work on August 1 and probably can't do anything big and fancy to celebrate the new year.

2. september here. I've just started to become interested, so I'm trying it on for size this year. Doing some reading on the relevant deities, getting a feel for it, etc. Maybe I'll bake. :)

Today is Wep Ronpet for me.  I'm going to make falafel and have it with a good microbrew.  It is also time to harvest the herbs from my indoor garden and to replant...maybe lettuces for Neb.y?
