I'm asking for all possible prayers and positive energies for my daughter, who is struggling with self injury caused by major anxiety and panic attacks.  
She's in therapy and on meds, but it's getting worse.

Thank you for any help you can give!  I truly appreciate it.

(((Aster & Daughter))) I have a friend who struggles with self-harm issues, and I personally know how damaging chronic anxiety and panic attacks are, since I've had them my whole life. You and your daughter are most definitely in my thoughts. May Brighid give you the strength and support you need, not only for your own sake, but for your daughter's as well.

If it is alright, I would like to ask Sarasvati to help your daughter with her anxiety and panic attacks? She has certainly been very helpful with mine. Please let me know if you think this would help.

First, I want to apologize to anyone who read my OP or subsequent posts and was triggered by them.  I definitely should have TWed.  

So please consider this a TW for this post for anyone who has issues with medical stuff or self injury.

And thank you, everyone!   It's been a really long day. The emergency room staff were actually pretty good -- which is a relief, since we took her to that particular hospital because they have much better mental health services than any of the other hospitals in the immediate area.  But they were unable to suture the wounds because too much time had passed since the injury.  So they have to heal on their own.  We'll continue to clean and dress them, of course.

The dr was pretty good about the whole thing, too.  She asked the required questions but didn't judge.  And she helped a lot by calling Daughter's psychiatrist office and cutting through the red tape bs that had been making it difficult to schedule an appointment for sooner than 2 weeks away.  So that was really helpful.

We're finally home now, and I'm exhausted.  But I wanted to thank your all for your support today.  I'm sure the day would have been a lot worse without it.

Of course, Daughter's issues are not solved.  It's going to be a long haul.
