Negative Energy

The TL:DR version- basically me and my friends are all being hit with quite a bit of negative energy- in the form of internet trolls proving themselves tasteless (and causing me to obsess over said "discussion" (I truthfully wasn't expecting it to be that great anyway because it was a youtube comments section and those are usually full of trolls)

On another note- one of my friends might lose their job today .

It's a time of year when there's often a lot of random energy around, not necessarily *bad*, but chaotic.

Doing a bit of cleansing and when appropriate shielding practice is a thing that can help, and generally won't hurt, so it might be worth considering.
