I'm going through an especially rough patch, one of (what seems like) years of non-stop rough patches.  Usually I can weather things, but my foundation is cracking.  And this is the most I've been depressed... I don't know how I'm going to pull out of this.  So many obstacles to overcome, so many things that need fixing.  I wish I knew how.  

If you could send me some good vibes, a virtual hug, or include me in your prayers - I'd be grateful.

I'm so sorry that you are going through a rough time.  I completely understand.  I keep wondering when things will get better, too.  It's been so long since I could even live paycheck to paycheck that I feel like I'd be rich if I could just pay bills instead of put them off.  

For me, I usually try to cheer up the cheesy route- Abba Gold in the car, loud, on "Dancing Queen".  Other options are laying in bed cuddling with the dog or just laying out in the sun to soak up the energy.

I hope that you find nearby support.  In the meantime, I will send you some positive thoughts.
