She passed away last night.  At least it's over for her.

My grandfather's wife is on her deathbed.  She has Alzheimer's and was pretty far gone when I last saw her in June.  Since then it has gotten worse.  The doctors said it was on both sides of her brain and was put in a nursing home for a while.  Last week she stopped eating and now they are doing everything they can to make her comfortable.  She probably has only a few days left.

My main concern in all of this is my grandfather.  His first wife (my grandmother) died around this time of year (on December 4 it would be almost 30 years).  My dad says it sounds like he's holding up, but I am concerned about him.  So any positive energy would be nice.

 
Prayer for healing. If you need somebody to talk to face to face let me know. I'm off for the next few days and just across the water.
