* "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" Problem Logging In?

If you get an "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" error when you try to log in, you need to be sure you are accessing the board with a url that starts with "https://ecauldron.com".  If it starts with https://www.ecauldron.com" (or "http://www.ecauldron.com") you will get this error because "www.ecauldron.com" is not technically the same website as "ecauldron.com". Moving to the more secure "https" means it is more picky about such things.

Avoid spinach.  It slows down bone regrowth and repair when broken pieces are knitting back together.

Not to mention, it causes the forearms to grow to freakishly huge proportions.

So I am noting down what you saw, adding it to the list of "weird tM things," and hoping something becomes clear to me soon. :)

Careful. It probably means you'll have to chase after it. "Oh, I thought you WANTED help."
Maker, though the darkness comes upon me,
I shall embrace the light. I shall weather the storm.
I shall endure.
What you have created, no one can tear asunder.

Just hanging this here.

Small update:

Tomorrow (today; we haven't slept yet) we go into the hospital for a follow-up exam. I think there will be an x-ray but they weren't really clear. On the plus side, the appointment is for 11:45am and not 7:45am like the last 2.

I have no idea what they're going to tell me, but today I was able to put weight on the leg without any pain in the leg itself, just the foot. In fact at this point the parts of me that hurt the worst are my lower back, which is angry about all the extra work it's doing, and my left foot, which is suffering from edema from disuse. (Nothing to worry about -- it's something that happens to my legs and feet when I keep them elevated for long periods of time and don't walk on them for too long. It always goes away after some activity. I just haven't had any activity on the left leg, so my foot is pretty swollen.) I do also get some muscle pains in my right leg, probably because it's being overworked as well. But for the most part the left leg has stopped complaining for a good long time now.

So I'm hoping my being able to put some weight on it means the news is good. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high, but it's difficult at this point. (I am really tired of living in my recliner.)

If anyone's up to it I would really appreciate hopes and wishes for good news, and possibly some "shut up and stop hurting!" for my spine. It doesn't listen to me. ;)

(In "I can still haz life?" news: Ogre took me in the wheelchair to Guardians of the Galaxy for my birthday two weeks ago. I actually got to feel like a person again, at least for a night! It was quite nice. And the movie was lovely. Also wheelchair is a bit more comfortable than movie seats, so bonus.)
Pray drunk. Hex sober.

Ditto!
The first song sets the wheel in motion / The second is a song of love / The third song tells of Her devotion / The fourth cries joy from the sky above
The fifth song binds our fate to silence / and bids us live each moment well / The sixth unleashes rage and violence / The seventh song has truth to tell
The last song echoes through the ages / to ask its question all night long / And close the circle on these pages / These, the metamythos songs

Well wishes and good news vibes going out, as well as a side of shut-up-spine.

Thanks everyone! I think my spine must have listened because it didn't hurt too much today. :)

So, good news:

-The bone is basically healed.
-I can now keep the brace off.
-He wants me to practice putting no more than a hundred pounds of weight on it. So that means I can walk about with the crutches for support. To figure out what 100 pounds feels like I have to put my foot on a scale and press down till it hits 100, then memorize that feeling so I know I'm doing it right. We have a scale now courtesy of the landlords and I'm about to get up and do that. (I'm also supposed to keep doing range of motion exercises.)
-Next appointment is in 4 weeks, when I will probably get to walk without crutches.

Thanks so much to everyone for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. I don't think I would have healed so well without all you've been sending me. <3

Oh, Morag, I am so excited to hear such wonderful news! Also...that thing with the scale is really clever and I'm going to have to file that tidbit away in case I ever need it. ;)
