Good Thoughts for House Buying!

I would really appreciate some good thoughts/vibes/prayers/whatever from any of my friends who can spare it. My dad and I saw 8 houses yesterday in a span of 3 hours, and found the perfect one. Great space, great location, move-in ready, in the budget, and Dad's already told his agent we'd like to make an offer. It's only been on the market for about 2 weeks though, and they have an open house scheduled on the 2nd, so it is far from a done deal.

Any crossed fingers that we get the house at a good price would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone! I'm currently sitting in the real estate agent's office while my dad is filling out paperwork to make an offer. I'm excited and very nervous! I'll keep y'all posted as I find out.
