Author Topic: Energy for Speedy Recovery & Recharge (Read 1283 times)

Thanksgiving is supposed to be a great holiday, where we eat to our heart's and stomach's content, and catch up with family/friends/loved ones... Not so this year for my household.

Long story short: Michael - my husband - had to be admitted to the ER on Thanksgiving evening, and was diagnosed with appendicitis.

He had a laparoscopic appendectomy performed on him Friday around 2 pm, and was discharged Saturday morning. He's currently resting and on some great pain meds.

During those 36 hours, I basically took care of contacting his different family members (not his parents - they're estranged), acted as his secretary for work (they just entered tech rehearsals on Friday), interacted with medical professionals, and getting all the damn paperwork and shit in order. Oh, and this was with small cat naps in the ER, the hospital room, and I think on a taxi - I may have imagined that last one.

Can you please keep us in your thoughts? He needs some mojo for a speedy recovery, while I need major recharge energy. I was going to do my first drawing down the moon energy either the end of this week or next Sunday but... I honestly don't have the strength.
