Color me confused: I was catching up on the "Ferguson" thread, only to discover that the thread had morphed (apparently as I was reading it) into "Ferguson: The Political Discussion" and somehow closed to further comments. And being prone to pompous pronouncements, I have further things to say!

That was me, closing the 'Ferguson' thread temporarily while I moved the political discussion into, well, Political Discussions. Both the original (now much shorter) prayers thread, and the new thread Ferguson: The Political Discussion, should be open again now, unless I messed something up. Please do say your further things, Altair!

I should perhaps note that I do not consider you to be in any way at fault for bringing up the political angle. You have every reason to see it as political. I'm not happy with having to separate the two aspects, since I know that the reality is that they are deeply entwined - but the direction the thread had gone, I felt that those portions no longer fit well with the 'Prayers & Energy Requests' forum.

I'll lock this one now, so that discussion is channeled to the existing thread.
