According to one of the commentors, they were declared a religious corporation on the 6th and the city declared them exempt. So it sounds like the graphic isn't outdated, as the whole point of the graphic is them saying that they are oppressed when they actually aren't.

And the Hitching Post filed the lawsuit, not the DA.
