It's good to see the Old Dominion moving out of the 18th century

It may be moving even more quickly than anyone thought. Unless SCOTUS intervenes, same-sex marriages will commence in Virginia on Thursday.

Meanwhile, I'm late with this, but after a long, unbroken string of court victories, the marriage equality movement has suffered its first defeat since the Windsor ruling, via a Tennessee state judge:
