No, you don't get to tell me how to respond to you. That's not how life works. The comparison is valid. LGBT individuals are being denied rights because a select few put up a stink about their "religious freedom."

Wow, the bizarre world of religio-politico alliances. I sort of stop and play the rather cynical " now, who gains what from this arrangement?" while at the same time hoping the over-all result is the most beneficial to the victims of the situation.
