Elvis' 2nd Fosterversary

Today marks the 2nd Fosterversary of our permanent foster dog, Elvis. Really an incredible thing. :)

The Journey Continues…

It’s been two years since Randall and I headed down to the Central Texas Humane Society to meet the special needs dog we were going to foster.

AWWW! How  cute is he. He  is  totally the  male   version of Roxie, one day when she's  here  visiting  I'll have to get a picture of her  to  show you. She  also lives to eat and don't you dare touch her food, and she's  a ham when it comes to  her toys!

Roxie  loves  her food so  much when  we  put a bowl down here for her she won't let anyone  in the kitchen except  me and she will lay by the  dish until it is  empty. She also loves those  rawhide  chew bones SO MUCH  she  refuses to  chew  them she  just  carries them around and  stands  guard over them and she had  no problems with taking a  round out  of  your ankle should  you get within 20 feet  of  HER   bone!!! She's absolutely  hilarious!!

The first time we saw Elvis with a bone, we were amazed. He only has three teeth.

ohRoxie has ALL her teeth  and she WILL show them to  you when she has a bone, a bowl of food, a dish  of water, her buddy,  her   ball, when someone  barks at her  in the van, let's  just say she's  a little on the  temperamental  side lol. But we loves her cuz she' so dang adorable!
