One of the ladies on my OSH list knows this cat (and his owner), and she posted the original video of this a while back. What's happening is that every time Alaska is "talking" he's meowing in response to his owner who is calling his name and asking him if he wants to come in the house. Obviously Alaska likes where he is. LOL

There are a whole slew of Alaska videos out on YouTube, but this one is various stills of him. Beautiful cat. (I'll take that ebony OSH, too. LOL)
