I was just wondering if you were still having issues sleeping or with your unwanted visitor?

If it is gone, which suggestion did you think worked?

If it isn't, perhaps we could think of some new ideas. :)

Yes, he's gone. The rinse with vinegar seems to have done the trick, actually, since he had latched onto me physically, it seems.

So maybe try to visualize the strings being snipped and you being freed from its bindings? You could even use physical strings to symbolize the separation.

 
Have you tried putting an amethyst crystal or cluster near your bed when you sleep?  Amethyst is good for issues with sleep and dreams.
