* "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" Problem Logging In?

If you get an "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" error when you try to log in, you need to be sure you are accessing the board with a url that starts with "".  If it starts with" (or "") you will get this error because "" is not technically the same website as "". Moving to the more secure "https" means it is more picky about such things.

Yet I admit the one significant aspect to me is the claim of being shook for a few minutes.  That is not a common aspect of any case of sleep paralysis I have read though it is a common statement when people try to present a ghoslty encounter or demonic encounter.  Seem's to give it that added umph to their story to make it paranormal.

You mean the part where they're feeling suffocated even while wide awake, as in, while standing up on the bed and still feeling it choke them, and being awake enough to jump off the bed to stop it? If Kourtney said, "and suddenly, I was back in my bed" I would say it was the . The way it is, I would say that sounds like apnea, except I don't have it or personally know anyone who does, so I'm just throwing that in there.

But, hmm, yeah, the feeling of having a hand cover the nose and mouth, but nothing's there... Well, Kourtney, lucid dreamers sometimes do this "reality check" where they pinch their nose and breathe. If you defy the laws of physics by being able to breathe despite pinching your own nose shut and not opening your mouth, then you're dreaming. It doesn't work for everyone, I guess because some people subconsciously can't dissociate the feeling of blocked airways on their faces from the fact of still being able to breathe, but here's what I'm suggesting: if it happens again, try breathing through the hand first. Instead of pushing it away, try feeling for if your nose is obstructed-- since your dad wasn't able to physically push it away, how could it have been physically pinching? It must mostly be a trick, and this might be a way of looking up the sleeves, so to speak, of whatever is playing it on you. And if that doesn't work, at least you already found a pretty reliable way to stop it. Good luck!
