Well, that could mean a lot of things depending on the tradition.  Do you have a specific path you're interested in?  (I'm guessing something Wicca-influenced since you mentioned Sabbats?)

One thing you might want to start with is that Paganism is a really broad term for a wide number of religions, many of which have nothing to do with the Sabbats as holidays. (Though deities and beliefs, often. However most Pagan religions are joined together more by common practices than common beliefs.)

A lot of public general 'Pagan' stuff looks a lot like Wicca, because that's sometimes the most common denominator. However, the Cauldron (this forum) has a lot of people whose paths are nothing like that, so we're inclined to ask questions like Snowdrop did to make sure you're asking what we suspect you're asking.

The other thing I want to mention, just so you're aware of it: the honorific 'Lady' with someone's name (and Lord) is most commonly used by people in Wicca or related offshoots to designate a high priestess or high priest. (Sort of like you might use 'Doctor' or 'Professor' in academic settings.)

Using it for your user name when you're really unfamiliar with the religions in question may cause a little confusion, because people may expect that you know more than you actually do. (and not realise you may be confused, or need an explanation, or whatever.)

When I was first starting out in Wicca/paganism, the Wiccan/pagan About page helped me a lot.  They provide a lot of basic information as well as e-mail "courses" in the various sabbats as well as magical practices.
