Meditation Success!
« on: January 10, 2012, 12:36:07 am »
So tonight before my bath, I had a successful meditation. If you read my earlier post, then you know that I felt nervous or unsettled when I tried to meditiate, like I could never really relax. Well tonight in the area where nerves were normally felt, I simply felt what I can only describe as a warm glow. (where the heart chakra would be). I don't know if this was the place, the incense I was burning or something else, but it sure felt great. :)

Thanks for reading.
