A Runic symbol/sigil I've become more curious about

Hello, I was wondering about a certain runic symbol that appears to be quite potent if fully charged and activated, and will work to a degree if not fully awake, as it were.

This is as close as I can get to the symbol online; the three runes involved are connected, activated, and as I seem to use the term, "running," their energy cycling and aiding the caster.

My question is, there seems to be a great many runes that can be held by this symbol; is this a good thing, then?

While the symbol in question is basically an eye when connected, I have asked elsewhere and been told that this is a good rune when placed upon the land, or the earth.

As far as the total number of runes, I can only at this time identify the different runes activated, not the individual numbers of which runes are held within the background of this rune sigil, I am guessing this symbol to be.  I can apparently get to 24 with this symbol.

May I please request some feedback as to how to proceed?

I'm curious about what others are finding with this mystery, overall.
