Like I said, it's mainly naked (because I do it on weekend mornings), but I'm thinking something that requires more time/concentration calls for something more formal - like, I want my clothes to reflect the thought I'm putting into it.

I would totally do it naked if I didn't live in a populated neighborhood. I've always wondered...

I'm allergic to grass though. Is it bad to be naked but with shoes on? :p

Shiny things accumulate over time. I think you've got the right idea just doing the work and letting the other stuff come into your life as you find it. ...and there is nothing wrong with being a bit picky.

OPI just did a Coca-Cola collection (which is one of those WTF moments) and one of the colours 'Green on the Runway' is possibly the grooviest green I've ever seen. It's got these purple undertones. I think of it as Hulk polish.

Well, the financial spells will certainly help in the shiny obtaining, at least.

I'm mostly picky because it has to feel right for me, or it will throw me off. And I have my own personal symbolism that I'm trying to figure out. For example, it is unfortunate that a lot of snake stuff out there just isn't right. Some of it is, but there's also a lot of stuff that doesn't work with my personal aesthetic.

It totally will.

Snakes are one of those things that, when done right, look amazing and feel very... sensual and dangerous. But then it can veer off into death-metal-headshop territory very easily. XD

I have it on my toes!

That's so true. It also happens notoriously with dragons.

I made myself a mask for Midsummer that was covered in leaves. I wanted to do a Green Man type thing and ended up never wearing it

Something about spending the energy to prepare the ritual ends up making me not want to do it when the time comes. I like to memorize things and then just do it when I feel right. In terms of color, I like to wear white. I love the crisp and cleanness of white.

I generally do daily rituals in my bathrobe....post evening shower. I am working on a hooded poncho thing that I plan on using for ritual. Warm enough for outdoors but arms free and won't fall into candles.
