But they have a section in their encyclopedia on such incredibly reputable things as Norse djinn!  (??!)  What could you possibly be objecting to here?

I suppose you could make a case for djinn simply being another type of elf or wight . . .  It doesn't really seem like a good idea to me to label things from one culture with names from a completely unrelated culture, though.
