Rev. Skip Ellison has one as well, Ogham the Secret Language of the Druids it's pretty solid it goes into the different types of ogham etc. ERW's is also available as an ebook on uhhh smashwords? I think? There's a new thread about it on the board.

I picked up both. Ellison's is pretty short compared to ERW's but it gets to the point and is pretty solidly based in non-fluff.
