Are there any TV shows that you are completely addicted to? Even the ones that have been cancelled for years, but you still watch reruns just because you think it is so awesome.

I have a few shows like this that I watch regularly and do watch the reruns on. For current shows I watch Psych and Supernatural regularly and even the reruns if I see them. I am a big dweeb that enjoys watching corny old sci-fi and horror shows from way back when if I get the chance to as well.

Practically any Star Trek series.
Ditto the Stargate series.  
Ditto the Law & Order series.
NCIS.
Occasionally Frasier, The Golden Girls, Will and Grace.....

But I don't watch much television. :rolleyes:

Doctor Who. It's the only show I actually bother to find online within days of a new episode. I've just started watching some of the older ones too.

The only other shows I really like are South Park, Heroes and the old 90s X-men cartoon. I've even considered buying them on DVD, and that's saying a lot coming from me with my huge five DVD collection.

--Buffy and Supernatural but mainly on DVD.
--X-Men: Evolution (early 2000's animated series loosely based on the comics) on hulu.  I mostly watch this for the nostalgic value and would like to have it on DVD along with other nostalgic shows such as the DCAU, the 90's X-Men, and many of the Warner Bros. cartoons from the 90's (although I think Histeria may be lost forever at this point).

And that's about it for TV shows.  I really don't watch TV anymore and prefer web-original series (mostly reviews).

Other guilty pleasure is the Real Housewives Franchise on Bravo. Also Top Chef. Dexter. Spartacus.

Loved BSG. Used to like Bones until this season. Same with House.

Supernatural (especially now since I hit season 4. I want to watch it allllll but I don't want to go over our monthly usage. :<) and Strange Addictions are two I can think of off the top of my head.

Doctor Who, without a doubt. New series - I've tried to get into Classic Who and it just isn't working for me.

 
I've been rewatching Classic Who and the first few seasons are probably a bit 'alien' in thought and background for someone your age. (they really were progressive for their time though).  If you started somewhere in the middle, say season 4 or 5, or even 6 or 7 (when they start being in colour, I believe) you might find more to enjoy.

I recently found every season of Monk on Xbox\Netflix. It's all I've watched for days. I'm actually watching an episode right now.
