So...what did people think of the season?

Overall, it was my favorite season so far. I was very disappointed with the last two episodes, though. I just didn't like how they wrapped up some of the characters. Another thing, what happened to the baby? Did I miss something? Are we supposed to assume she's on a shelf in Creepy Ghost Butler's room?

Wow your right they did drop the baby's story line maybe papa legos (spelling?) got it from the voodoo queen.
She was a great character. I liked the ending and was touched by Cordellia and Fiona 's last scene together.
All 3 seasons were great for me. and Jessica Lange is amazing!!!!
Stevie was awesome in both her bits. I was sad over Misty's fate as she was my favorite witch.

Lots of cool moments in this season, and great characters. But as a whole... it wasn't my favorite. Too much gore and too many loose ends.

Madame LaLaurie's (sp?) character was kind of a wtf? for me. I don't understand why Kyle was made into a butler in the last episode? Thought Fiona's ending was quite interesting! And I loved Cordelia's ending, although the whole publicity thing seemed kind of canned. But it fit, and it was neat how it paralleled the ending of Asylum.

I haven't seen Asylum, so take what I here with a grain of salt. But, in addition to the points brought up already, I had issues with Queenie's character arc in particular.  They introduced several elements of racial tension, all of which seemed to magically evaporate at the end.

Or maybe I missed something?

Nope, there were a lot of great ideas that sort of went nowhere.  (Like recruiting Stevie Nicks to cameo and play a tune on piano... only to have her do a bad music-video lipsync on the season finale.)  Would have been better if they'd stuck to fewer threads and played them all through.
It was still a good season, just (imho) a lot of fizzled potential.

I haven't seen the other two seasons, but I really enjoyed Coven. The last episode was weird, I wish Misty hadn't died, or at least got a better death. The whole concept of them descending into their own personal Hells in which they just repeated something they didn't like over and over again was pretty stupid. Misty was one of the few characters who were actually likeable and not murderous sociopaths. Cordelia being the supreme was nice, but pretty random, as she didn't seem to exhibit any of the signs before, and her eyes just all of a sudden healed after she completed the Seven Wonders.

I wished they had delved into the witchcraft a little more instead of just focusing on violence and gore with a few supernatural elements thrown in. Over all I thought it was very entertaining, though.

I LOVED this season, though it wasn't as "spooky" as the first two seasons, especially season 1 was scary as hell, but the characters and the storyline were great. Who can't be fascinated by Jessica Lange as the mean supreme she is? :D
I was a little sad when Misty Day died, her character was one of my favorites.
