TV/Film: Anyone Watching An American Horror Story

I'm pretty much of the mind that this show will be like Lost: no answers until it ends.

Yeah, you better keep up watching, I watch it at least twice to see if I missed anything. I think I am starting to a get a handle on whats going.

I watched the pilot and found it to be very interesting and very weird, but in a good way. I was wondering if anyone else was watching this show and what you're thought were on the first episode.

 
I watched it and love it! After watching the second episode this is my opinon:
 The housekeeper is definitly a ghost -that much was given in the first episode.
 I don't think Addy is a ghost, maybe the fact that she has down syndrome makes her look younger than she is, or it could be that she was one of Constance's other children She said all but one were born that way. I think Tate is a ghost and Constances son, he was the one "normal" one. If he is a ghost it would explain why she looks too old to be his mother. I think Vivien is pregnant by whatever that was in the body suit. Unless there was a time lapse that wasn't mentiond she found out she was pregnant to quickly for it to be completely human. You have to be at least 3 weeks along to find out. If it isn't entirley human then it could be growing faster than normal. Besides you could see the look on the husband's face when she told him, he knows somethin isn't right. That's what I think. Anyone else?

Basically the house its self is evil. The personification of that evil is that thing living in the basement. All of the other people that seem to show up in the house are ghost, that have obviously died in the house. The house is already influencing McDermotts character, and mr gimp knocked up his wife.

Man this show is getting really jacked up, I love it!!!!! Dang there was alot of murders in that house and now we are finally finding out how everyone died and who is actually a ghost, it's an awesome show!

What I want to know is if Moira is a ghost, how come she can see and touch and feel? And what the hell was that exchange between Tate and Constance about?

The ghosts on this show are pretty exceptional.

I am still convinced that Tate is Constance's son, and that he is a ghost. Because the other ghosts we have seen inside the house died there, (Moira, the twins, and the two nurses), I'm guessing that he died there also, probably of suicide. The question is, did he act out his fantasies of killing classmates before he died?

Then there's Nora. She didn't come with the house. Vivian had to let her inside in order for her to gain entry. So I'm not sure what her story might be.

Maybe the baby is like some super physical remnant of the evil of the house?
