Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips to start trying this on my own. I know I need to shield (I'm an air sign if that is important) and I haven't learned very well just trying my own thing. I'm also interested in learning more about some general energy work stuff. A friend of mine had started teaching me a few things like some minor healing stuff but she hasn't been feeling well due to a lot of personal issues and medical ones. I don't feel like I can bother her with this since she is having problems with it herself.
