Its a full moon tonight and I was going to put my stones and my tarot pack out to cleanse and charge because I haven't done so for ages, but I think it's going to be an overcast night. Will it still work?

The moon's influence (on the tides, for example) isn't blocked by clouds. That said, it probably depends on what you believe is don't the cleansing. If you think the light of the full moon does it, instead of the full moon itself, then overcast means no light and no cleansing.
