I am bad at intro thread titles

I like cats. If you like cats, and would like to talk to me about cats, please feel free to do so. I am aware of my perhaps overly-enthusiastic love of cats, although it has not stopped me from talking about them at least 5 times a day. There is a cat laying next to me as we speak, and she is currently hogging the arm-rest.

I like food. I mean, like, reeeeally like food. I dream about it.

I am not a believer in organized religion, however, I do believe in "god". So when I refer to god, please do not assume I am talking about a religious interpretation. I simply lack a better word for what I have experienced.

I joined this community because I recently had an epiphany, and feel I could benefit from talking to people with interests similar to my own.

FYI the rules recommend that if you have information about yourself that you'd like people to keep in mind when you post, you should reiterate when it's relevant, since people may not remember it/have looked at your introduction in the first place.
