Many modern Pagan religions are more about shared practices (how you do things) than beliefs. So in a brief description, it can be hard to see the nuances or differences that are more obvious if you participate in a ritual (or talk at length or read a whole book, etc.)

It is common to find people in the same Pagan religious group who have different beliefs about things like the nature of deity, magic, how magic works, etc.

And it's hard to find any information about thoses different group and in whta they beleive in.

Is there any book I can start reading ti get more about pagan faith?

That is because most groups share practices more than faiths, and most books talk more about practices.

PerditaPickle shared some resources about druidry that will have links to books and other resources. Are there other Pagan religions you are interested in?

I don't know exactly what you are looking for, but if you are looking for something linked to your French heritage maybe going back farther is the answer. France was part of the Celtic empire, then part of the Roman empire. The Germanic tribes took over after the Roman decline.

The Druids were part of Celtic culture. The doctors, astronomers, scientists, religious leaders and on and on. There are many books on the Celts and Druids. I would suggest to make things easier on yourself to find books in French to avoid misunderstanding the material.

I'd suggest starting by navigating around these sections of the site and considering some of the book recommendations & other resources suggested in the threads in them (especially any sticky topis, marked with a pin symbol):-

Actually, I've just recalled that you said you don't believe in anthropomorphic deity, so perhaps not that second one.  But you could start within the Druidry one.

France was part of the Celtic empire, then part of the Roman empire.

Well, to the extent that the cultural dominance of Gaulish-speaking tribes in the area can be considered an 'empire', I suppose. I concede that that's tricky to express otherwise, though.
