I would like to learn about divination tarot, runes, scrying, etc. Foretelling, predicting, and prophesying the future is appealing to me and is the way I want to go. Is there a specific religion for this or do I just kind of seek out the methods from each religion individually? Any help is appreciated.

Divination is a practice, not a religion, but some religions have opinions about it, and some religions include it more deliberately.

There's also a lot of pieces that depend on what you're talking about - for example, the use of runes as a divination tool (rather than as a magical tool) is pretty recent, for example, considering.

There are also approaches to divination that are not at all about predicting or foretelling the future, but are instead about self-knowledge or introspection or other things like that - so if you want to focus on the prediction aspects, you'll want to look for resources that do that (rather than divination in general.)

All of which is to say, yes, the things you're interested are an option separate from religious (or magical) practice, but a lot of the resources out there may need some filtering to find the bits you're interested in.
