A Return to Roots
« on: June 17, 2020, 04:05:10 pm »

I am not new to occult forums but I am new to ecauldron. In what feels like ages past I have been a moderator as well as group part-owner (within a pagan forum). The most recent forum I was a moderator and a part of was The Alchemist's Passage which shut down some years ago after the owner disbanded the website without notice. The focus of the forum ended up changing spiritual positions to focus on dragon magick which I have never had interest in so it worked out for the best. I went on forum hiatus while I focused on myself and my own personal and spiritual journey. I've had a lot change in my life since then in all aspects and I am also now a wife and mother. With how busy my life has gotten I feel far, far away from the calm spirituality that I once had and have become increasingly more insecure, increased anxiety episodes, and feelings of depression. I want to reconnect back to meditation, spirituality, and cleansing.

I am a Muslim but I was not always Muslim. At one time I was an apprentice in Necromancy and with certain spiritual events I realized that it was a path that I did not have the heart to continue on.

Over the years I have been haunted by a demon or dark spiritual presence which follows me and does dream attacks or tries to intimidate me with it's shadowy form - showing up as a giant winged shadow at one point but usually in the shape of a man at random intervals. I'm not sure exactly at what point I picked up this dark figure but no matter what I've done or where I've moved I can't seem to shake it. Thankfully, it's been almost a year since the last time it made an appearance.

I look forward to getting to know the group and to learn more.
