Actually tM said I might end up working with Brighid, but She wants me to work with Her first.  She (tM) said that I can't call myself a poet/storyteller if I spend half my "writing" time goofing off and She's right.

Though I am not Christian and do not follow the path of Yeshua Bin Yossouf, I'm always awestruck by the beauty and humility of the "whores", "thieves", and "sinners" who call me their friend.

Dear Hubby,

The fact that we spent our entire lunch break putting together the key elements of creating a MWPL (Movie White People Like) is just another one of those reasons we are fated to be together.

1. Orchestral Music
2. Horses
3. World War II
4.Clavicles

I'm sure we'll do the one for my people on the way home. Please remember that I will be driving and I need to be able to breathe during stop and go traffic.

Thank you.

Dear Hubby,

Dear Any and All who protected me today,

I came out of this

with just a few bruises today. Yes, the red car is... ok, was mine. The fault was the white car's driver's, he came from behind a STOP sign.

I'll most likely have an overall muscle ache when I wake up (after I finally get to bed, that is..).

I don't know who's helping me to stay calm during this shift from full-time summer/after school assistant to "only on Fridays, because of your article writing and proofreading stuff," but thank you! Also, I am glad I talked to my boss and co-worker about how my job was affecting my health - extra money is nice, but not at that cost. I just finished my first proofreading assignment and I think I'm going to enjoy this job.

TISI!
I love a good metallurgical take on the phrase "What the F---?"

Dear Zeus,

Thank you for the rain.  It's been way too hot here lately, and we really needed it. Could we have more tomorrow?:)

And thank you to all of the gods who have been looking out for me lately.

Dear fiancé,

My favorite part of waking up beside you is when I sigh, you ask what's wrong, and I say nightmares, again, and you wrap your massive arms around me and squeeze the fear and pain away.

Thank you for making my nights less terrifying and my mornings less depressing.
