I love living in my apartment! I moved in a few months ago and I'm only staying on for the year but I do love it here. Especially my bedroom: as my roommates say, anyone who walked in would know it's mine.

I have pictures of tarot cards on my walls and usually there's a tarot spread laid out on the floor. The walls came painted brown but with the dark wood furniture and my accents of dark red (my favorite color) thrown everywhere, I really love it. I keep a bamboo plant on my window sill (I have the best window! with my bellydancer skirt used as a curtain) along with any other 'altar' things (my wishing bowl, a candle). I keep a stack of books by my bed and a dreamcatcher overhead.

The rest of my apartment is wonderful too - the kitchen is painted ORANGE. It's awesome. My bathroom is bright turquoise with bits of gold. Also awesome. Plus our living room is huge and great for having people over.

Lyric and I did pictures of tarot cards on the wall around the mirror in our guest bath. It worked really well.
