Well, that weekend, my wife and I had to go up to Philly for her brother's wedding. So there was feasting and such during what I celebrate as the Floralia. So, in a sense, I celebrated that Roman festival with feasting and merriment like it should be.
Her religion is basically a kind of neopagan witchcraft, and emphasizes fertility in a conventionally Wicc-ish fashion. So when Beltane itself rolled around, after we got home, we performed a fertility ritual and had sex, since we're trying to get pregnant.
I made a feast, as is my custom on major holy days.
Very nice!  I how your efforts are fruitful!

We'll know more this coming week, when the missus goes to see her OB. But the evidence thus far (including preliminary lab work for a different issue indicating the presence of HCG) points to a positive result.

Did anyone do any specific celebrations for Beltane (or still doing, I suppose)?  I didn't really do anything specific but I found out that my extreme Christian neighbors are moving!  Yay!  So I spent all day basically lounging on the deck, dancing around in the yard like an idiot, listening to the birds chirp, etc.  What did you do?

I hiked up into the hills by myself, did some of the most intense ritual I've performed in over a decade, and found myself venturing down a completely new path. Apparently I made my first real spirit allies and now get to learn how to work with animal bones and spirit houses. :U

Protip: spirits really like home-made alcohol.
rotwork: on devotion to lesser-known and un-known gods, transplanting genus loci, art, and modernity

Very nice!  I'd say that's really in line with the spirit of the holiday.  New starts and all.
