Resources for helping to deal with stress

I've a wonderful 1 hour ocean sounds MP3 from the MyNoise website Jenett recommended recently (which I can't recommend highly enough!) which I listen to on a loop at work when necessary (usually for at least one hour out of each day, though my ear bugs unfortunately go in & out, in & out when I'm being sought after for colleague questions and customer phone calls).  Thanks for posting, too.

I was re-reading this thread and came across the above typo I made, & I swear I was nigh on wetting myself laughing for 3 minutes straight!     I meant, ear buds

And now I've just been laughing for another couple of minutes because I nearly wrote bugs again!
